Gross load Capacity -The Gross Load Capacity (GLC) is how much weight your vehicle can safely carry according to the maker. To find it, take away your vehicle’s weight when it’s empty (called Kerb Mass) from how much it can weigh when fully loaded (Gross Vehicle Mass or GVM). This tells you how much stuff you can still put in the vehicle.

Kerb Mass is the weight of the vehicle without any people or things inside. Gross weight is when the vehicle is loaded up with people and things.

The GLC of a truck is influenced by things like its size, how its wheels are set up, and its suspension. It’s important to know the truck’s GLC so you don’t put too much weight on it and keep things safe.
